About Us

Established in 1987, Basterfield & Associates is a professional design office in Peterborough, Ontario that provides comprehensive consulting services in landscape architecture, urban design and environmental planning. With our firm located in Peterborough, B&A has enjoyed the ability to participate in both rural and urban spheres of design.

Our firm has completed landscape design and site plans for both public and private facilities throughout Ontario for a variety of clients that consist of federal, provincial and municipal governments, private sector clients, educational and institutional organizations.

We respectfully acknowledge that we are on the treaty and traditional territory of the Mississauga Anishinaabeg.  We offer our gratitude to the First Peoples for their care for, and teachings about, our earth and our relations.  May we honour those teachings.
